Used by the AE_UPGCONV_WRK record. The SQL in this view is utilized by the AE_UPGCONV_WRK.PROCESS_INSTANCE field on the UPGCONV_MSG_LOG panel. It is used to read from the MESSAGE_PARM table, but select on those messages that pertain the upgrade conversion driver program - UPGCONVDRVR. Thus, the PI where the MESSAGE_SET = 1018. At a minimum, message set 1018 will be written to the message_log table for the PI since it is the "START TIME" message for each program driven by the driver.
