This table is for saving the VERSION, LASTUPDOPRID, LASTUPDDTTM fields for Managers that don't have these fields in their root table. These fields are required for Copy/Compare functionality.

LASTUPDDTTM DateTime(26) TIMESTAMP Specifies the date and time of the last update to an entry. This field is maintained by PeopleSoft and is used in a variety of contexts.
